Extended reports include additional information to the basic GP/CY report: GPS data, GSM, battery, temperature, hour meter, CAN, etc.

About CAN reports (EQ/ER): These reports are ideal for quick integrations with platforms like Wialon or RedGPS that already support the format. However, they include a fixed set of parameters that can result in long frames that are difficult to parse.
For new projects, consider using user reports Ux + UC + ECU which allow selecting only the necessary parameters with descriptive names.

Without GPS signal, date and time fields use the RTC (internal clock) instead of GPS data.
