OD Command - Distance Odometer

Manages distance traveled odometers, allowing you to query and reset total and partial mileage.

Features

Two independent odometers: Total and Partial
IGN conditioned: Only accumulates with ignition on
Persistence: Saves every 250 meters or 5 minutes

Set Custom Values

Available since v1.9.17 — Allows setting odometers to a specific value in kilometers.

Syntax


>SODT,value<   // Sets total odometer
>SODP,value<   // Sets partial odometer

The value is specified in kilometers with decimals.

Useful for syncing the GPS odometer with the vehicle’s actual mileage at installation time.

The odometer only accumulates distance when the ignition is active (contact ON). Distance traveled with the vehicle turned off is not counted.
