Description
Allows adjusting audio parameters for incoming and outgoing voice calls, including microphone gain, speaker volume, and maximum call duration.

bb and cc are two digits each: the full command always carries 7 digits after SCXVC
(3 + 2 + 2). A cc value above 05 or a bb value above 15 is rejected with CMDERR.
